1. Are your jewellery pieces skin-friendly?
Yes. All our pieces are selected for comfort and are generally safe for regular wear. We avoid low-quality materials and ensure each item meets our quality standards.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders within the UAE typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery times vary based on the delivery partner.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Currently, we accept bank transfer only. Additional payment options will be added soon.
4. Are the jewellery pieces returnable or exchangeable?
For hygiene reasons, the jewellery pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged in which case we would need a video while opening the original packaging.
5. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and share your order ID along with an unboxing video. We will assist you with an exchange.
6. How will my order be packaged?
All items are packed in our premium Kayahh packaging, complete with a protective layer, thank-you card, and some hidden freebies.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver only within the UAE. International shipping will be added soon.
8. How do I care for my jewellery?
