Refund policy

At Kayahh Jewels, all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product you received is:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective, or

  • Incorrect

This applies to every jewellery category.


Eligibility for Exchange (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)


To qualify for an exchange, you must:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Share a mandatory unboxing video that starts before the package is opened

  4. Ensure the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition

Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot approve an exchange.


Non-Eligible Situations


An exchange cannot be processed if:

  • The item was damaged after delivery

  • The item was worn or used

  • The 24-hour reporting window has passed

  • The unboxing video is not provided or incomplete

  • Customer changed their mind or doesn’t like the style

  • Incorrect usage or handling caused the damage


Important Notes

  • Exchanges are processed only after verification

  • In rare cases where the exact product is unavailable, a replacement or store credit may be offered

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
