Exchanges are available only if the product is:

To qualify for an exchange:

• Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide a mandatory unboxing video (starting before the package is opened)

• Ensure the product is unworn and in its original condition

We reserve full discretion to approve or decline exchange requests based on verification.

Jewellery may tarnish or lose shine if exposed to:

• Water

• Humidity

• Chemicals

Damage due to improper handling or storage is not eligible for exchange.
