Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product

Provide your order number

Share a mandatory unboxing video (starting before the package is opened)

Ensure the product is unworn and in its original condition
Non-Exchangeable Items (Hygiene Policy)
For hygiene and safety reasons, all items sold by Kayahh Jewels are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This applies to every jewellery category, including:

Jewellery Sets
Jewellery once opened, tried, or worn cannot be accepted for exchange.
Timeframe
All concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests after this period cannot be processed.

Opening the package

The issue with the product

If the product is damaged due to mishandling, usage, or storage, it will not qualify for exchange

If the incorrect address provided leads to failed delivery, redelivery charges may apply
